BJ Allen is a Professor of Marketing & Sales at Brigham Young University - Provo, and is the author of the book 'The Compensating Power of Christ.'

I wanted to speak to BJ to properly understand what it means to 'apply the Atonement' of Jesus Christ in our daily lives when we deal with the general unfairness of mortality.

Some highlights from this episode include learning how parents can rely on God when they're worried they've made parenting mistakes, why God doesn't always intervene when bad things happen to us, and why Jesus's Atonement isn't like a heavenly moisturiser.
